Hours/Admission/Directions

Cincinnati Museum Center offers Group Rates for 15 or more paying visitors to one or any combination of four permanent attractions: Cincinnati History Museum, Duke Energy Children’s Museum, Museum of Natural History & Science and the Robert D. Lindner Family OMNIMAX® Theater. Visitors and attractions must be scheduled for the same date and time.

Group discounts are available by calling (513) 287-7021 or 1-800-733-2077, 1 plus 7021 at least TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE of your desired visit. Group Specialists are available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday to assist with scheduling your best possible options. Discounts are offered only with advance reservations and payment in full is requested TWO BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE of your scheduled visit.

Group rates are available for any combination of adults and children with a minimum guarantee of 15 people.

Regular Group Rates:

Regular Group Rates are available year-round, seven-days-a-week, during regular Museum hours and for any OMNIMAX® presentation.

Preferred Group Rates:

Preferred Group Rates are available 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday on designated school days (September-May). On all other days (school holidays, summer peak season & weekends) this rate is available for Museum visits prior to noon, and the 11 a.m. and noon OMNIMAX® shows only. Advance reservations are required and groups must arrive and check-in prior to noon to guarantee Preferred Group Rates. This price is applicable for everyone in the group.

Even though payment is requested two business days in advance for groups, those scheduling at preferred rates and times have the option of paying upon arrival. However, tickets, not normally printed for groups, can be printed and waiting only with prepayment.

Special Exhibits:

Cincinnati Museum Center sometimes offers special exhibits at combination attraction pricing. Special exhibits are often offered at higher stand-alone admission so the combination pricing may not follow our standard pattern.

Vouchers:

Vouchers are another way to save on admissions when purchasing in quantity – purchase a minimum of 15 vouchers at a time and take advantage of Group Discounts. You have a full year from the purchase date to redeem vouchers, and the price is completely comparable to group rates for the OMNIMAX® and Museums. If you have a group that cannot visit together, or a smaller group that might visit several times, vouchers are a way to enjoy group savings on an individual basis. Vouchers must be exchanged for tickets at the Museum Center Box Office upon arrival for visits and films on a space available basis.
