Children's Museum celebrates 10th birthday
Numerous activities surrounding celebratory weekend

CINCINNATI - Oct. 24 will kick off the Duke Energy Children's Museum 10th Birthday weekend. Friday will include a members' reception from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. with guest appearances by Clifford the Big Red Dog™ and Grammy nominated children's recording artist Zak Morgan. Cincinnati Museum Center's Dime Drive will be unveiled as well, with the goal being the collection of 10,000 dimes. Saturday and Sunday will feature cake cuttings, ice cream making with liquid nitrogen, additional Clifford appearances, children's activities and games, and featured performances by Zak Morgan.

WHEN: Oct. 24, 2008
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Member Reception with opening remarks, birthday cake, dime drive unveiling, and meet and greet with Clifford and Zak Morgan.

Oct. 25, 2008
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Children's programming
12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.: Zak Morgan performs
2:30 p.m.: Cake cutting, blowing out candles, and ice-cream making

12 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Children's programming
2:30 p.m.: Zak Morgan performs
