Travel back in time at 1940s Day
Transport yourself to the era of big band music, chrome-fendered cars, pin curls and Zoot suits. 1940s Day is an immersive celebration of the pivotal decade, including the music, fashion, vehicles and people who shaped it.
This year's 1940s Day activities include:
- Classic cars
- Costume contest
- Live music with P&G Big Band
- D-Day: Normandy 1944 showing in the OMNIMAX® Theater
- Free Rotunda Tours led by Cincinnati Heritage Programs
- Tower A Tours led by Cincinnati Heritage Programs (additional ticket required)
- Go back in time on the Concourse with Kinetic Vision’s virtual reality experience
- KidSPACE activities
- Tri-State Warbird Museum
- Lunken Cadet Squadron
- WMKV

Museum Admission Tickets
Museum Admission includes Cincinnati History Museum, Museum of Natural History & Science and The Children's Museum.

Community Partner: A free booth where an individual or organization shares information (please note, there is no selling from these booths).
Vendor: A paid booth where an individual or organization sells 1940s Day related items.
Performer: An artist, dancer, singer, musician, etc. who will be performing at 1940s Day.
Vehicle: A car, jeep or even firetruck that you’d like to display at the entrance of Union Terminal.
