Explore the museum after hours with a drink in your hand

Cincinnati Museum Center’s adults-only party, Layers of Nature, Nov. 4; new tandem ticket package perfect for date night

CINCINNATI – Grab your friend, your partner or your neighbor to see what happens after hours at the museum. Cincinnati Museum Center’s Layers of Nature, presented by Atomic Data, invites you to explore the museums with a drink in your hand and, with the new Tandem Ticket Package, to save when you bring a friend. Tickets are still available for the November 4 event and all proceeds support CMC’s Champion More Curiosity campaign.

For just $350 (a savings of $100!) you and a friend can dine with the dinosaurs, enjoy cocktails with curators and explore nature-themed experiences across historic Union Terminal. The all-inclusive tickets include custom cocktails at bars on every level of the museum, a variety of delicacies from the city’s culinary experts and after-hours access to CMC’s museums, featured exhibitions (including Dinosaurs of Antarctica) and OMNIMAX® Theater.

This year, you can be among the first to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and scents of the forest as you walk under the treetops in the John A. and Judy Ruthven Get Into Nature Gallery, CMC’s next permanent exhibit opening exclusively for Layers of Nature.

Live music by the Chuck Taylors, curated bourbon tastings from Brain Brew Custom Whiskey, a series of explosive science spectacles, live animal encounters and conversations with curators and paleontologists will make for one unforgettable night at the museum. Catch up with old friends and make new ones as you relive memories of field trips past and revel in culinary and cocktail excellence.

Layers of Nature tickets are $225, but you can save when you purchase two tickets together with the Tandem Ticket Package – two all-inclusive tickets for just $350. Tickets include access to all museums, featured exhibitions, the OMNIMAX® Theater, all food and drink and special experiences throughout the evening. Purchase tickets at cincymuseum.org/layers.
