Union Terminal’s restoration

After years of planning, design work and thorough probing and analysis, construction work on Union Terminal began in earnest in July 2016 and finished in November 2018. The restoration of Union Terminal required a keen understanding of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and history as modern construction and engineering techniques blended with early 20th-century materials and design.
