Fall in love with food this Valentine’s Day with a Julia Child French cuisine-inspired three-course meal under Union Terminal’s grand Rotunda. Rediscover Julia Child, the trailblazing culinary icon who showed us anyone can cook, during a visit to Julia Child: A Recipe for Life – you can even recreate Julia’s and Paul’s iconic Valentine’s photo in the bathtub photo op. Then sit down with your date to enjoy three courses inspired by Julia’s own cookbook.

First Course
- French Country Salad | Arugula, asparagus, walnuts, beets, goat cheese and lemon Dijon vinaigrette (V, GF)
Second Course
- Chicken and Mushroom Fricassée | Herb-marinated chicken breast with roasted mushroom gravy
- Smoked Ratatouille (Vegetarian option) | Roasted tomato, eggplant, zucchini and yellow squash with red sauce (V, VG, GF)
- Herbes de Provence Roasted Potatoes
- Roasted Garlic Asparagus
